Let's just acknowledge what Olivier Rousteing did for Balmain this year at fashion week.  Epic.  Love.  Adore.  The kid (because let's face it, he is a kid) is amazing.  Zara nailed it with this skirt, which was actually out way before the Balmain show.  Impressive.
