They're baaack - culottes.  These definitely violated my office dress code (all shorts prohibited) even on casual Friday.  Plus, what is flattering about pants that are extra wide in the thigh area?  Many people say pretty much nothing.  IMO, there's something to be said about pants that are so much wider than your thigh that you can't tell where the thigh ends and the pants begin.  Bonus: they make cankles look like ankles once again.  Welcome back the wide-legged-cropped combo pant that is the culotte.
