My solution to 90 degrees outside and 65 degrees indoors is layering sheer items like this blouse and this sweater. I can get from my office to my car without breaking a sweat (it's hard in Florida, trust me), but I'm comfortable inside the igloo a.k.a. building I spend my days in.
